| 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale 3.8L Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G3HN54C8K hello,thanks for the help. this car come to the shop with a bad harmonic balancer. we replaced it. under accel car will stall & dies. will idle fine. if you slowly accel it does fine but if you snap throttle it will stall. fuel pressure o.k. good spark also. r... | 1994 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L alternator VIN: 1G2HX52L1R Well, as many of you guessed, it was the voltage drop and cheap alternators that caused my woes.
