What we found was the flash update sticker was improper as the update had not been done. After a reflash and new EGR, I road tested, ran all monitors. Mode 6 recheck found that nothing was even close to setting a flag. Thanks guys for trying. Trouble codes: P0172 (Fuel Trim Rich), P0440 (Evap Emission System).
