1997 Chrysler Town & Country LXi 3.8L cooling fans VIN: 1C4GP64L3V
i found the purple and white wire from pcm that somone spliced in for that wire grounded and instead of findind it and repairing it they added a spliced in wire. this wire also feeds the coolant fans so after fixing it the fans work. thanks again guys.
