| 1993 Chevrolet Lumina APV 3.8L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GNDU06L3P Thanks for all who offered to help. The key to the fix was the cam sensor pattern not grounding completely. cam sensor wiring harness insulation was frayed and oxidation created extra resistance. Possibly from rubbing on the engine block or alternator bracket.... Trouble codes: 23 (MAT- Manifold Air Temperature sensor), 99 (Power management problem), 66 (A/C switch). |
