| 1995 GMC Jimmy 4.3L lifters VIN: 1GKDT00000 3 lifters were found to be collapsed, on all other lifters, the spring in which the pushrod sits are pumped up solid. the 3 collapsed were replaced. The engine has a steady ticking noise, which does increase with engine RPM. |

| 1984 Cadillac DeVille 4.1L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Poor Fuel Economy VIN: 1G6AM478XE Several responders said to check the MAP vacuum at the sensor, it was low and slow to react to throttle. I looked at the port under the TBI unit and found it plugged with carbon. Cleaned it and runs great now. Thanks to all that responded. |
