| 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Instrument Panel VIN: 1B4GP44GXX I removed the cluster and resoldered the joints. This made the problem better but did not fully go away. We installed a new cluster and all is well. Replies were fairly evenly split between replace the cluster and replace the BCM. Thanks all. Eric |
