| 2003 Ford Expedition XLT 4.6L Poor Fuel Economy VIN: 1FMRU15W73 I guess I need to close this but as of yet I have not resolved the issue. I am still not clear on the egr port configuration. I think I will suggest resealing the intake and cleaning the ports. Paul. |

| 2004 Ford Escape XLT 3.0L cam seal VIN: 1FMCU93144 this car got sent to our other location and it was fixed there. apparently the tensioner was missing, and a belt just long enough to fit over the pump ant the pulley, so they fixed it right.not very difficult from what i hear once the parts came in. thanks guy... |

After the harness was checked and all the injectors were checked all were fine we replaced the ecm and all was well. I have to say it must have been the ecm was faulty. Thanks again for all the help. Trouble codes: P0302 (2 cylinder misfire), P1407 (Insufficient EGR flow). |
