| 1993 Mazda MX-3 1.8L Excessive Emissions, rich VIN: JM1EC4247P Hi Techs i am working with this 1.8 mx3 that runs rich all the time tail pipe is black, o2's read rich on both banks .9 volts. I have searched archieves with no luck, both coolant sensors measure ok .45 and 3.1 hot, MAF is a bit off value 2.1 volts spec is 2.6...
