| 1995 Mazda 929 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge VIN: JM1HD4610S Thanks to all who responded to my request;especialy Terry. The problem turned out to be the IAC valve.After heating up the valve would stick in the closed position not allowing an idle flare up.New valve was not cheap but it fixed problem.
