	1993 Chevrolet Astro CL 4.3L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1GNEL19W9P I removed the EGR valve and found it stuck open with carbon chunks. After a good cleaning, I refit it with and updated gasket that has a screen. I had to remove the spark plugs for cleaning before the car would start. Once it started all was well.
