| 2001 Ford Windstar SE Sport 3.8L No Start, Surge, hard start VIN: 2FMZA57421 Most replies said IAC problem. Unplugging IAC made no difference. Definately a cold problem. Park inside & no code P0340. Would start & run fine with code not present. Cam sensor ohmed & scoped good. The P0171 & P0174 I'm sure needed intake seals & bolts, but ...
