It was the wiring harness to the Intake Manifold Runner Control actuator that caused the problem. After lots of wire jiggling and opening wiring harnesses we finally found it. Replaced the pigtail with one from Ford. Trouble codes: P0135 (HO2 heater circuit), P0141 (HO2 heater circuit), P0155 (HO2 heater circuit), P0161 (HO2 heater circuit), P0401 (EGR flow).
