2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.2L No Start VIN: 1B7HC16Y5Y
A new ECM fixed it. The drivers were fried in the computer. The #1 pin (A/C relay) was the cause of the hot spots on the connector. I applied a little dielectric grease and we're back in business.
