Thanks to everyone who helped. Each had the right idea. The problem was corrossion between the positive battery cables. The voltage supplying the fuse panel would drop when the engine area would get hot causing some things to reset (like the AC system) and som... Trouble codes: T085.

I have found that the wiring harness that runs between the ingnition module had bare wires shorting out. I repaired the wires and car ran for several seconds and stopped I may have a damaged ignition module from the shorted wires. Trouble codes: 58 (vechile anti theft).
