The fix actually turned out to be a cam sensor shorting out when hot and pulling the #2 5volt reference down. This is the only sensor we had not unhooked, because i... | 2001 Isuzu Rodeo S 2.2L MIL Lamp on VIN: 4S2CK58D21 I only recieved 3 responses, 2 of them from Bruce in Texas who also noticed there was wrong data in ALLDATA. ALLDATA lists P0449 as A VENT SOLENOID problem but they have you go after the PURGE SOLENOID with some wrong Ohm readings to top things off. Thanks for... | 2001 Nissan Pathfinder LE 3.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: JN8DR09Y41 I had 3 replies for the problem, one was for cam sensor connectors and sludged oil. i flushed the engine twice and had the customer drive the vehicle. I cleaned the cam sensor connectors also. The customer came back with the light on, but it took a longer time... Trouble codes: 1110 (Intake valve timing bank 1), 1140 (Intake valve timing bank 2). |
