I received several replies to my techmail request; however, the customer declined further diagnosis. He has stated he is not sure if he will keep the car or perhaps trade it in for a newer car. The cluster had been replaced in this car 10,000 miles ago but all said that they had had a lot of problems with the cluster so we put one in and fixed it.(had to send to dealer to get it programed thow) thanks to all for the help.
