| 2001 Saab 9-5 2.3t 2.3L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Stall, Misfire VIN: YS3ED48E21 Thanks to all that responded. The problem was actually a tear in one of the intercooler tubes, they are made of plastic and a tear in the seam was the culprit. Which makes perfect sense.
