| 1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L No Start, Misfire VIN: 2FM2A5141X This van came in for a misfire diagnosis. Replaced plugs and wires - no change. Went to test fuel pressure and found it to be 32 psi running. I was preparing to do a fuel injector clean and pulled the fuel pump relay while it was running. Fuel pump will not ru...
