| 1996 Honda Civic EX 1.6L No Start VIN: JHMEK13400 This Civic has spark but no injection. All voltages at injectors are present. I checked the immobilizer signal at the ecu and it's present. I tried another ecu same problem. Green key light comes on and goes off. |
