1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck 5.2L No Start, Stall, Has codes no mil VIN: 3B7HC12Y7W
This vehicle ended up needing a new PCM. We never were able to see the 5 volts drop from the computer using a lab scope. We had all 5 volt sensors unplugged and the PCM would still set the same codes for Primary and Secindary 5 V. We even removed both 5 V wire... Trouble codes: P1496 (5 Volt power supply output too low. Chryl hex code 92), P1488 (Auxiliary 5 Volt supply output too low. Chrysl hex code b9).

Thank You all for the help, We found the leak with the help of our brand new smoke machine. The leak was a crack in the rubber connecting hose on the line that goes back to the charcoal canister. The location of the connector was on the drivers side against ... Trouble codes: P0455 (Evap system leak large).
