1998 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Excessive Emissions VIN: 1HGEJ8248W
This is fixed, a top engine clean reduced the pre-cat Nox down to 2300ppm, which is normal for most engines without a EGR. A new OE Catalytic Converter reduced it down to 2ppm of Nox out of tail pipe. I did not communicate my question very well, I was lookin... Trouble codes: P0420.
