| 1993 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L MIL Lamp on, Extended Cranking VIN: 4S3BC6331P Well, it's fixed! It ended up being a faulty ECM. The cooling fans were coming on KOEO, as a couple of the responses mentioned. I did notice that originally, but forgot to mention it in my first post. | 2002 Subaru Outback 2.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: 4S3BH67572 At this point I'm not 100% sure that the car is fixed , but so far so good . I checked the solenoid resistance and for shorts and found none .
