Thank you all for your help it was a congolmerate of problems with this car. First the ground wires under the battery tray were corroded. Well, the customer did not have the vehicle fixed. I had many replies, and it seems if all checks out and still no boost then a sooted intake is the most likely cause. I checked a factory bulletin on this and it states any more then 10mm of soot is not good. S... Trouble codes: 00575 (boost pressure control difference), 00553 (air mass implausible reading).
