| 1995 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 2HGEJ1124S While the testing and help requests all pointed to a problem with the IAC, The actual problem was with the throttle body gasket. It had the port to the IAC blocked off. A simple fix that was overlooked. It always pays to look at previous work first. |
