| 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L Hesitation, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on VIN: 2P4GP24G9X The vehicle is fixed I replaced both 02 sensors and no luck there. After rechecking all my wires I found the 02 ground wire open and the PCM was the cause. I replace the PCM with a Chrysler reman and it has been good ever since. Thanks for all your help. Mic...
