	1982 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.2L Excessive Emissions VIN: JT3FJ40C6C First, thanks from all who responded. The fix was too easy. Changed the oil and filter and retested exhaust. Co dropped to .001% at idle, .500% at 2500RPM. HC hung at about 45ppm at all speeds. Seems that the oil was saturated with fuel.	6
