Been nuts at work and i thought i had closed this post. the fix ended up being a faulty brake switch(new), put in a new switch again and all is fine. Once again, sorry for the late post. | 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass GLS 3.1L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Misfire VIN: 1G3NG52M1V It's FIXED. Although our scanner said everything was within specs, the only thing that could be happening was the computer was holding the injectors open and, with a cold start, flooding the vehicle creating all the smoke until it warmed up.
