| 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL 3.1L Misfire, miss load & idle hot VIN: 1G3WS54T1L First, thanks to all that sent replies. The fix was either a bad injector or a plenum gasket leak. Not sure because I changed an injector on #3 cylinder and also changed the plenum gaskets. Works like a champ! Does anybody know of another way to fix spark plug... |

| 1991 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L speedometer VIN: 1G2HZ51C4M Only got a couple of replies on this one, but all agreed that the speedometer was likely at fault. In fact we installed the new[used] instrument cluster today and the speedo/odometer worked just fine. |

| 1994 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L Cuts out, Stall, Misfire VIN: 1G2HZ52L5R Thanks to all for the suggestions. We replaced the crank sensor as a precaution, having seen them cause erratic behavior on other 3.8L engines, but did not help here. We caught a break later in the day, as the car would not start. Crank and cam signals were go... Trouble codes: 1571 (traction control input out of range), 1361 (EST line not toggling), 341 (intermittant cam signal). |
