| 1997 Ford F-350 XL 7.3L No Start VIN: 1FTJW36F6V we have this power$troke with a no start, I have no history. sets code p1212, ICP only tops out at 210 psi, if I dead head the high press lines, I get 3200 psi imediatly. there must be a leak internally. i pulled the valvecovers and saw no leaks while cranking...
