| 1996 Plymouth Breeze 2.0L limp, 3rd VIN: 1P3EJ46C8T thanks to all that responded. you can read there replies which where all good. the code was actually right (no buss communication). there was a loose connection at the pcm. the screw was loose. pcm plug was out a almost a 1/4 inch.
