| 2001 Ford Expedition XLT 5.4L Power Steering VIN: 1FMPU16L71 Ruben [...] hit it on the head. We replaced the steering box with a reman unit and it works fine. The reman unit scarerd us at first because of a 1970 casting date on it and a difference in the shafts. Thanks to those who replied. Jeff |
