| 1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FMZA514XX P0174: Bank 2 sensor 2 Lean. Last week we scanned and found 02 sensors stuck in lean position - replaced w/four oem 02 sensors - Two days later light comes back on with codes 171 and 174 lean condition.
