1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L MIL Lamp on
Last week we scanned and found 02 sensors stuck in lean position - replaced w/four oem 02 sensors - Two days later light comes back on with codes 171 and 174 lean condition. The 02 sensors (4) test ok. Had this problem with 98 windstar never resolved.
