| 1995 Ford Contour GL 2.0L No Start VIN: 3FALP6530S Thanks to all that replied. The fix was the tach lead from the ignition module was shorted to ground, although the car does not have a tach, causing a low amplitude on the PIP signal to the PCM. Cut the lead, the car starts and runs. |
