Hi, everyone. I have a new customer. The complaint on this van is an intermittent very harsh shift around the 45 MPH range. His wife describes it as "being hit by a vehicle from behind". I'm thinking it MAY be the 2-3 or 3-2 shift.

Of course, I cannot reprodu...
