2008 Chevrolet Express 3500 6.6L Fuse #44 underhood fuse block.
Bus came to me with complaint of no shifting, brake warning lights on, and gear indicator light out. Found fuse #44 in underhood fuse block blown. Fuse is B+ supply for TCM and nothing else as far as I can gather from GM schematic. Replace fuse, go for a ride....
