1996 GMC K2500 Sierra SL 5.7L Tcc
At 50-55 mph only in 3rd or 4th gear tcc solenoids are cycling on and off. This is cuasing a rpm "surge". Unhooked the egr and evap sol with no change. New tps installed. All input and output speeds steady on graphing scanner. It appears that the ecm is turnin...
