Van surges at 65 mph going uphill in 4th gear, normal operating temp, and tcc locked up. Does not come out of lock up when it surges. Tcc slip ranges from 10 to 200 rpm when it starts to surge. Trans shifts normally at all other points. Does not seem to slip. ...
