1991 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite 3.8L Starts in 3rd,
installed new turn signal and now transmission won't upshift,I checked everything I did and can't see anything that I would have done. I do see that the brake says that it's pressed. I unhooked brake switches and checked them and they checked [...] brake light...
