1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS 3.1L convertor cycles of and on @ 70 MPH
This car has been interesting and very difficult to get to the bottom of. The problem is that the convertor is not locking up at all untill 70 mph. Then it turns on-of-on-of-on.............It wont even stay aplied for 2 sec. I can see the pcm commanding the tr...
