1999 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L Transfer case
After replacing Transfer case module and Encoder I could commucate and receive data. Turn key on and you could her shift motor cycling like it was trying to find the right postion,after a few times all the lights for shift control would go off and service 4 WD...
