1996 Cadillac Fleetwood 5.7L Throttle
this old cadillac is in very good condition except for the fact that it's limited at 76m.p.h.. At that speed the gaz pedal pushes up on your foot so i'm assuming that the traction control unit is working but why is it? No history on anything unusual before it ...
