2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS 3.4L Delay
Wipers will stop straight up and down in between delay cycles, but they do park normally, crank arm appears to be tight and functioning properly and the tab on the transmission bracket was slightly bent so I adjusted it but as I said the wipers do park correct...
