Hello i am a little stumped on this one HELP!!

have a misfire on cyl#6 have 160 lbs compression getting fuel and spark changed intake [...] the valve cover looked at the valve springs and valve lift all looked fine.

vacuum was steady with gauge any ideas?? T...
