2001 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L Serpentine belt
Belt tensioner was replaced on 5/21/11. Serpentine belt came off again today (6/2/11). There are no obvious signs of wear from any of the pulleys (water pump bearing, etc). The pulleys seem to line up okay. The only suspicion I have is that the water pump pull...
