2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS 3.8L Cooling Fans
high speed fan on koer but not koeo data stream shows no fan cammand. a/c off,coolnt temp never above 140 verified with infared .with scan tool access high speed fan control no affect,but access low speed fan control and the fans can be controled.
