1999 Cadillac Seville SLS 4.6L Radio, Cluster
with car koeo radio and instrument cluster are ok, once you start and run the car for a minute or so radio shuts off and gauges go inop, battery voltage shoots to 15volts, you loose window control, interior lights and we set B1390, B1982, B1983, U1301, U1255, ...
