2000 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L All Lighting
All lighting flickers at all times. Headlights, tailights, dashlights and all interior lights. Charging to 14.0 volts with no accesories on and 13.5 with all accesories on. All connections at battery are good. Any ideas would be appreciated. thank you
