2004 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L Rap
I have a 2004 park avenue that the RAP will not shut off,
the coustomer had a complante about a dead bat and when she
brought it the radio and the power windows will not shut
off, I have no codes, I have checked the RAP relay and its
good.
