2001 Chevrolet Impala 3.4L Starting System
This car will not crank. THe factory radio has been removed. From testing I know that the PCM is not grounding the Crank Relay. What I dont know is why. The security light does not flash, but stays on (cycling with the battery light, change oil soon, wiper flu...
